Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Line & Co. s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 23981083, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 436254 (the “controller”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

What data we process

• your first and last name,
• your email address and phone number,
• information about your apartment and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data in order to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, to enter into a partnership with you, on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual negotiations.

Where and how long we store your data

Inquiries submitted through the form are stored on our server in the EU (Germany; hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH) and sent by email to our address. We keep them for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, but for no longer than 2 years if no partnership is established.

Communication via WhatsApp and Telegram

If you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages are also processed by the operator of that service under its own terms. Please use these channels only for everyday communication and send us any sensitive information by email.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
